Cinnamon Baked Apples
Serving Size: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 25-35 minutes
Ingredients
1lb apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, combine the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice.
Place into a 8x8 baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Stir halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt.
